Title: Home Based Family Therapist

Carteret Partnership for Children’s Home-Based Family Therapy (Better Beginnings) program has an immediate opening for a part-time therapist to join our team servicing families in Carteret County with a child or children aged zero to 5 years-old in the home.
Position Summary:
Home Based Family Therapy, through funding from NCPC Smart Start, provides therapy and case management to children identified with risk factors associated with the development of negative outcomes later in life.
The home-based family therapy program focuses on respecting and empowering the family with preschool children while addressing family relationship difficulties and teaching child development and nurturing.
Responsibilities:
· Provide therapy and case management to children identified with risk factors associated with the development of negative outcomes later in life.
· Focus on respecting and empowering the family with preschool children while addressing family relationship difficulties and teaching child development and nurturing.
Provide services in-home, at childcare programs and in the community.
Participate in all training, supervision, and consultation activities.
Qualifications:
Prefer LCSW or LCMHC or LMF.
Provisionally licensed are encouraged to apply.
This is a part-time, temporary position. Funding is guaranteed through March 2022. After March 2022, position contingent on additional funding. Package Includes salary, training, and mileage reimbursement.
