Jennifer Johnson is a mother of 3 children - ages 10, 8 and 6 - all of whom have attended the Partnership's Story Explorers program.
She is a social worker and small business owner of Sound Escape Vacation Rental in Emerald Isle. Jennifer has been a member of the Partnership Board of Directors since 2019. Additionally, she is the President of Carteret County Democratic Women, members of both Bogue Sound Elementary PTO and NAACP of Carteret County, a volunteer case manager at CLTRA and treasurer for Crystal Coast Proud. Jennifer serves on the boards of Family Promise of Carteret County as well as Seashore Soccer.
She enjoys spending time with her family at the beach, boating and gardening.
