Carteret Partnership for Children serves as a buffer, helping parents find the resources, support, or coping strategies that allow them to parent effectively..even under stress..thus greatly reducing the instances of child abuse and neglect. We accomplish this mission through our great programs: Baby Steps, Better Beginnings, Story Explorers, Reach out and Read, Dolly Parton Imagination Library, and Childcare Programs (CCR&R).
