The Lending Library
The Lending Library is a wondrous collection of educational toys, books, and materials that can open the world of discovery for young children, ages birth through five years. An annual Lending Library membership allows early childhood professionals and families the opportunity to check out books, games, and other materials; produce their own learning games, books, and projects; and offers access to knowledgeable staff who can share ideas, information, and a variety of resources to support young children and families in our community.
Membership Fees
Family Membership
$10/year
Families will have complete access to the Lending Library including resource books, educational toys, children’s books, games, puzzles, and themed activity collections.
Families who qualify for Medicaid may request a waiver of this membership fee.
Early Childhood Professionals/
Family Childcare Homes
Early Childhood Professionals and Family Childcare Homes will have complete access to the Lending Library including resource books, educational toys, children’s books, games, puzzles, and themed activity collections. They will also benefit from access to the production area, and delivery of items within 5-7 business days.
$10/year
Childcare Centers/Preschools
$25/year
Childcare centers and Preschools will have complete access to the Lending Library including resource books, educational toys, children’s books, games, puzzles, and themed activity collections. They will also benefit from access to the production area, and delivery of items within 5-7 business days. A childcare center membership may cover all employees of that center.
Lending Library Membership Privileges

Complete access to lending library including resource books, educational toys, children’s books, games, puzzles, and themed activity collections.

Books and materials that are checked out are due back within 2 (two) weeks.

Please contact the Lending Library to renew items when needed. Renewals can be made no more than two (2) times.

Items should be returned in clean condition.

If items show extensive damage or are lost, a fee will be charged for replacement (No new items may be checked out until damage fees are paid).

For safety reasons, the Lending Library production area equipment is restricted to ADULTS only

Fees for laminating, bulletin board paper, Cricut usage, and/or other consumable Lending Library resources used will be invoiced quarterly.
Licensed Childcare Centers

Licensed childcare centers are able to request delivery of items. Deliveries may take 5-7 business days.

The list of Authorized Members under the umbrella of a licensed childcare center may be changed as necessary.
