| October 30 |
| The Morehead City Civitan Club is sponsoring Take a Kid Horseback Riding again this year on Saturday, October 30. The event will be held at Crystal Aire Stables in Newport from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Children ages 3-12 are welcome. The Partnership for Children will be providing games, crafts and face stamping. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.
